Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in carrying My Sweet Fox Boutique. We value our relationships with our retail partners and want to create a wholesale experience that is clear, thoughtful, and mutually beneficial.

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions outline the policies that apply to wholesale purchases from My Sweet Fox Boutique. By placing a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $300
Reorder Minimum: $150

All wholesale prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved retail partners purchasing products for resale.

Retailers are expected to maintain My Sweet Fox Boutique's suggested retail pricing and follow any applicable pricing policies communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment is required in full before an order is shipped unless alternative payment terms have been approved in writing by My Sweet Fox Boutique.

Accepted payment methods may include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Net payment terms may be available to approved wholesale accounts at the sole discretion of My Sweet Fox Boutique. Any applicable due dates, late-payment terms, or fees will be communicated at the time such terms are approved.

Orders will not be released for shipment while an account has an outstanding past-due balance.

3. Shipping & Handling

Retailers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

In-stock wholesale orders typically ship within 7 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may vary during launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge.

Orders are generally shipped via UPS or USPS. My Sweet Fox Boutique reserves the right to select an appropriate carrier or shipping service when necessary.

International retailers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with importing their order.

4. Preorders & Estimated Delivery

Products offered for wholesale preorder may have estimated shipping or delivery windows provided at the time the order is placed.

All preorder dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of My Sweet Fox Boutique.

Retailers should plan product launches and customer commitments accordingly. My Sweet Fox Boutique is not responsible for retailer losses resulting from reasonable manufacturing or shipping delays.

5. Returns, Damages & Claims

Wholesale orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Your business name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the affected merchandise and, when applicable, the shipping packaging

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement merchandise or store credit at the discretion of My Sweet Fox Boutique. Cash refunds are generally not provided for wholesale claims.

Normal variations in color, print placement, or other minor characteristics that do not affect the usability or quality of the product may not be considered defects.

6. Retail Pricing & Brand Representation

Retail partners are expected to represent My Sweet Fox Boutique products accurately and in a manner consistent with the quality and integrity of the brand.

Any Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements or promotional pricing restrictions applicable to a particular product or collection will be communicated separately when applicable.

Retailers may not represent themselves as My Sweet Fox Boutique, an official My Sweet Fox Boutique location, or an exclusive retailer unless such authorization has been provided in writing.

7. Retailer Exclusivity

Territorial or location exclusivity is not automatically granted with the opening of a wholesale account.

Retailers interested in exclusivity may submit a request to My Sweet Fox Boutique. Exclusivity arrangements, including geographic radius, purchasing requirements, duration, and other conditions, must be approved in writing.

My Sweet Fox Boutique reserves the right to approve, decline, modify, or discontinue exclusivity arrangements in accordance with any written agreement between the parties.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, production, packing, or fulfillment.

For preorder, custom, or specially produced merchandise, orders may become non-cancelable once production has been confirmed.

Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing fees or other nonrecoverable costs incurred by My Sweet Fox Boutique.

9. Resale & Sales Channels

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through the retail locations, websites, and sales channels associated with the approved wholesale account.

Retailers may not resell My Sweet Fox Boutique merchandise through third-party marketplaces, auction websites, discount marketplaces, or other unauthorized sales channels without prior written approval.

Wholesale merchandise may not be transferred or resold to another retailer or wholesaler for further resale without written permission from My Sweet Fox Boutique.

10. Product Images & Intellectual Property

Approved retailers may use product photographs, product descriptions, and other marketing materials supplied by My Sweet Fox Boutique solely for the purpose of promoting and selling authorized My Sweet Fox Boutique merchandise.

All trademarks, designs, artwork, photography, product names, and other intellectual property remain the property of My Sweet Fox Boutique or their respective rights holders.

Retailers may not alter, reproduce, distribute, or use My Sweet Fox Boutique intellectual property for purposes unrelated to the authorized resale of purchased products without prior written permission.

11. Wholesale Account Status

My Sweet Fox Boutique reserves the right to review, suspend, or discontinue a wholesale relationship when a retailer fails to comply with these terms, has an outstanding payment obligation, misrepresents the brand, sells through unauthorized channels, or otherwise engages in conduct that may reasonably harm the brand or wholesale relationship.

Any outstanding payment obligations remain due following the suspension or closure of a wholesale account.

12. Updates to These Terms

My Sweet Fox Boutique may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Agreement & Contact Information

By submitting or placing a wholesale order with My Sweet Fox Boutique, the retailer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
