Return & Exchange
We want you to absolutely love your purchase. So if you end up not falling in love with what you got, we're happy to work with you.
You have 7 days to submit a refund or exchange request after receiving the item. This is a firm time frame, so please plan your refund/exchange accordingly.
All refund and exchange requests need to be approved by the shop. Please do not send your item back unless a refund/exchange request has been submitted and approved.
If you do not follow our refund/exchange policy, you forfeit your right to exchange. In both cases, the unapproved item (if it's in the original package unwashed, unworn, free of pet hair, and with its tag intact) will be restocked. We will issue you a refund in store credit minus 30% inconvenience fee. It's a hefty fee, so please follow the rules and submit your refund or exchange request to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 1. Submit Your Refund/Exchange Request
To submit a refund/exchange request, you need to write an official request and email it to elena.knicely@gmail.com
Include:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Item You'd Like to be Refunded or Exchanged
Step 2. Make sure Your Item is in Compliance with our Refund & Exchange Standards
Products can only be refunded or exchanged if they are in their original package unwashed, unworn, free of pet hair (for allergy reasons) and with its tag intact. Any products that do not meet all these criteria cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you disregard any of the criteria and send back an item that fails any of the requirements, you will receive nothing in return. We value our customers and will not sell a worn, used, or tainted item to any person.
Step 3. Buyer's Responsibilities
Buyer is responsible for paying all handling and shipping fee. My Sweet Fox is not responsible if shipment is lost during transition. So please carefully evaluate your decision prior to requesting a refund or an exchange.
Step 4. The Item You Sent Has Been Received & Restocked
Once the item you want to refund or exchange has been received and restocked, you will be contacted to finalize your refund/exchange process.
Refund: You will receive store credit for the item you want to refund. The credit will be in the exact amount you paid for the item minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not included in the store credit.
Exchange: You can now exchange for the same item of a smaller or bigger size (depends on inventory availability). Or you can exchange it for anything that's currently available in the shop. We sell out very fast. If something you like is no longer in stock, there's nothing we could do about it.
While we will do our best to help you find an item you love, we cannot guarantee the result. You have 14 days to pick your exchange item. If you can't find anything you love, you will be issued a store credit. The credit will be in the exact amount you paid for the item minus 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not included in the store credit.
If an item you want to exchange is more than you paid for, you will need to make up for the difference. If an item you want to exchange is less than you paid for, you will be issued a store credit to use for future purchases. You will be responsible for the $5 flat shipping fee to have the exchanged item shipped to you. We'll not be responsible for items that are lost during transition.
