My Sweet Fox Boutique is a bamboo pajamas shop that operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding U.S. government-observed holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

We want customers to feel confident purchasing from My Sweet Fox Boutique. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returns apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support at elena.knicely@gmail.com for instructions.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as My Sweet Fox Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.
